I had one of the most disturbing experiences with this travel agency.

They take bookings as late as 10 p.m. but refuse any refunds under any circumstances—even immediately after payment. This already felt unfair, but what happened next was beyond anything I could have imagined.

When I went to their office to request a refund, instead of a discussion, I was physically assaulted.

They brought in a delivery worker and forcefully dragged us out, pulled my hair, and kicked us.

It was violent, humiliating, and completely unacceptable.

Travel is supposed to bring joy—not fear and harm.

This agency is completely unprofessional, unsafe, and not to be trusted.

I will be sharing this experience across social media and blogs so that others don’t go through the same trauma.

Absolutely not recommended. Avoid at all costs.
